Paycom sales roles?

Have an offer from Paycom, but I’ve seen bad reviews online about them being churn and burn or firing reps while on ramp. At my current company, there is a certain level of security and kindness, but most reps get to 40% quota attainment. Paycom gig would be a big raise on base salary (30k+more) and more OTE.

Biggest concern would be leaving a semi secure job with good role models and being at risk for firing within a couple months… also seems like people who interned there stay and are tight knit and others might be on the outs. thoughts??

Also would be concerned with if Paycom would be a red flag on my resume in the start up world?
