Hi. First post here so please be gentle! :)

I'm still pretty new to Automation and BeamNG having only just picked them both up in the recent Steam sale. Been really interesting playing around with various stuff though and also seeing the creations people here have come up with. Figured I might as well share my attempt too!

As a noob I opted to keep it simple to begin with and went for a tried and tested formula. In this case a traditional 3 box body with a good old inline 6 up front, driving the rear wheels; inspired by 50s and 60s European sports saloons and GTs. Tinkered around till I had something I vaguely liked the look of, exported to BeamNG, drove it around a bit. Then back to Automation for some tuning, add some more fittings, apply some modern technology. Bit of weight saving here, some engine management systems there... export to BeamNG again, drive around some more, then back to Automation for some more tuning... etc etc.

Long story short, I appear to have ended up with a stodgy old gentlemens' club on wheels. Which weighs just a tad over 1500kg, has a 600+ hp naturally aspirated I6 and can (eventually) top 200mph.

After that, the next obvious step was to squeeze a V8 into it. (and then further tune the braking, handling and gearing to cope).

Some clips from test runs (6 mins total, first half the I6, second half the V8)

So... yeah. Not very innovative. I'm aware I've barely scratched the surface of what you can do and I still have a lot to learn, but it's been fun so far!
