Question for Authors

I am an independent author who is starting up a small publishing company, by an author for authors. My goal is to create a publishing company unlike any out there, where authors have full control of their work and the amount of input that is needed from the publisher is completely based on what the author feels they need to make their book a success. I could go into alot more detail but I feel that would be a separate post in itself. I'm currently working on a service list and wanted to get input from other writers/authors about what they would like to see offered from a publishing company that may or may not be offered in the current market. Essentially this list will serve as choices of services an author can decide if they want to use or not in lieu of signing up for full service publication of their work.

Essentially I want to help independent or indie authors maintain control while also receiving help in the areas they may need it.
