How do I convert a mormon atheist ?

This cute missionary approached me two times and now I want to save him from that underpaid, closed society. I do notice a couple of things: 1. That he made typical logical fallacies like circular reasoning. 2. He believes people are sinful and it leads to the resort to Jesus Christ. 3. He always accompanied by one or two other elders, which means I lack chance of one on one debating with him, can someone request to have a one on one study with mormon missionaries？

If I don't have chance to convert him considering of his organizational societal bonds with the church, can I quote some 'gods' or mormon book's words to hold his hand, or hangout a bit without him feeling guilty ?
