[Question] my 3dio has ringing issue and wondering if anybody knows how to fix?

So my 3dio has a ringing issue for when I talk or cup the ears but one day it just stopped.

it's been like a year now and it just came back randomly again and I tried fixing it.

I tried unplugging and then replugging it, I rebooted my pc, tried turning on the bass roll-off on and off, etc

but no matter what I do the ringing is just there and it's really annoying
