How do we feel about urinals?

I (23, trans fem nonbinary) hate em, my job has two full room bathrooms that have big heavy doors and double locks. Feels very safe and private. But they had to ruin a good thing and make one male and one female. The male bathroom has a urinal in it too, so it’s kinda in your face about it. It’s so weird and out of place in the room bathroom. Honestly it’s been so long since I’ve been in a men’s restroom that it was jarring to see one again.

but I can’t exactly put into words why I hate urinals. And while I can’t deny their utility for speed, a more cleverly designed toilet could make them even more useless than they already are.
