Give me one f***ing reason to go on

It's genuinely fucking over. I live in US and fascist just got elected. Not to mention our state congressperson is republican and hates trans people + abortions. My family has turned against me and now I have no one to turn to. Ive relapsed on drinking and smoking and my mom yelled at me for letting the cheeto control me because apparently he just controls everything now and im not a human who cant fucking think for themselves. I have no options left and by the time 2028 rolls around I dont even know if I'll be alive to see what happens. Why me? Why do I just keep getting fucked over? If anyone can give me one fucking reason not to hang myself that would be great
