How common is [zʰ] sound?

I frequently hear the [zʰ] phoneme in the local variety of Bengali spoken in my region. This feature seems to be a distinct characteristic of East Bengali dialects. But I couldn't find much about this phoneme, or any documentation of such phoneme in descriptions of Bengali phonetics.
