Gays in industrial environments

Have any of you been fired for being quiet. There is a lot of sexist remarks and I often feel kinda uncomfortable with a lot of the connotations of what is said around here. Because of this, I don’t like to chat at work. I just keep to myself. I am worried because I don’t like talking to all the higher up straight men at the company I will be fired. I work in the engineering/drafting department.
