Singapore's next new town?????

I'm just curious, where could possibly be the next new HDB town in Singapore? The latest one was Tengah and previous one was Punggol.

Simpany kinda suspiciously look like its gonna be the New town as there is literally nothing like what Tengah and Punggol used to be. Furthermore it looks like another Punggol to me with its own 'coney' island as well while facing Malaysia.

Paya Lebar is probably not going to be the new town soon as its only being decommissioned at over 2030.

With the increasing price and demand of flats, i wonder when will they be annoucing the new town, seriously.
