What are expensive when you’re poor?

What example is it when you’re poor it would actually cost you more in the long run. E.g if you own a car outside of Central Area = you’ll pay more for ERP and the Rich staying at those places doesn’t have to pay ERP, another example is dental if you’re poor and couldnt afford yearly check then in long run your dental bills etc would be higher or lose a few teeth.
