GTC Question

My wife is being induced and I’m leaving NTC early. I don’t have an Active DTS account due to recently arriving at the unit and not being inprocessed at S3. Can I use my GTC to pay for my flight home and submit a voucher on the backend or if I use my own money will I be reimbursed?
