Hey! Keep those shoulders square!

I don't mean to pick on anyone, but the quality of referring at KOT and EvW events has been.......quite poor in segments. For example, the straight arm/bone lock during the Schoolboy v. Khaled, the Larry Wheels pin against Khaled that was stopped due to an elbow foul, the delay in calling Levan's pin against Devon in both matches (a triple hesitation in their first match), stopping Ermes from pinning Levan from a Levan elbow foul, allowing movement in the referees grip in the Mask v. Prudnyk match, and more.

So, who are your top 5 or 10 refs and what are their weaknesses?
