I feel like im gonna injure my bicep
When I go to the gym, I have an issue where at the end of every set my biceps feel weird, like they're going to snap. This is a big issue because now I'm scared to do biceps exercises or go heavy, which is stopping my progression. The weird thing is that I never had this issue before my bulk. I feel like I'm gaining strength, but my tendons are not keeping up. Should I rest for 2 weeks or go see a professional?
