TFCC Injury. Did any of you experience this?

After being injured, I continued to lift weights like nothing happened for a month and rested for another month without doing anything but the pain did not go away so I went to a doctor.

After that, I wore a cast for 1.5 months but I still feel burning pain when I ulnar deviate my hand. I can't lift weights because of the fear that it will get torn way worse and I will need to have surgery. The pain is very minimal but I am afraid that it can get worse.

So pretty much, did any of you recover / had TFCC? If so, can you give some more information about the recovery process? Is the pain lasting 4 months into the injury normal? The pain I feel is very small but I am afraid that it will get worse if I continue my training.

For anybody that doesn't know what TFCC is, it is the short for triangular fibrocartilage complex (injury). If you feel pain / snapping in your ulna bone I recommend you check that out with a doctor.
