300blk subs/supers FTF

Shot my 300blk suppressed for the first time today.

220gr subsonic cycled and fired beautiful. Ejection at around 3-4 o'clock.

AAC 110 Vmax kept giving me failure to feed and jams. Even locked up the BCG. It was also ejecting at the 4-6 position clock pattern. Tons of gas was blowing out too but online pattern picture says 4-6 should mean undergassed. I'm confused. The plastic tips of the rounds would get bent too.

I'm still new to ARs and 300blk out.

What can I do to fix this?

It's a 7.5" PSA upper on a PSA lower with a BCM bcg and Radian SD handle.
