Can you please help me find this series

I’m hoping someone can help bc this is annoying me so much 😅

I was looking for shows to watch and I swear this was on Apple TV idk if it had actually come out yet but I was watching the trailer for it and all I can remember was something happened and the town or wherever they where had to stay silent/couldn’t make any noise and this female voice came over a speaker and would go on to say how many days/weeks etc it has been and then this new person came and I think made a noise and I think the trailer ended,maybe not idk but that’s all I can really remember and it’s doing my head in 😅😂😭
