Looking for recommendation for great completed anime

Hello everyone. I'm looking for animes which have been finished and also completed. By that I mean that the corresponding manga is completely reflected in the anime. The genre is not important. I decide whether I like it or not based on the description. The only thing I don't like is ecchi and moe. It doesn't have to be endlessly long anime (like Naruto, Bleach, ...). The last anime I finished yesterday was Attack on Titans. I hope you can recommend me some good stuff here and thank you in advance for your help.
