I am dying to watch something good

It seems I have hit a stopping point where I am unable to find shows that interest me. This is what I am looking for: -

1. A gripping plot

2. Drama and a huge plus if it makes me cry like a baby

3. Not mandatorily an action anime, but if it has action, the animation should be really good

4. Seinen please, but I can watch a shounen as long as it is not stereotypical

5. Good visuals (and I hate adult characters who look like little kids)

Example: AOT, Vinland Saga, Psycho Pass, etc.
