Getting back into Amex

Does anyone know if Amex will let me back into the club if they closed an account years ago? Back story is 6 years ago I filed BK but did not file on Amex. They then closed my account after I filed. If I get score back up to 700 (I’m close) do you think Amex will let me have card again? Or am I out for good??
