Disable notifications when not wearing

Hi! Among some update notes I noticed a feature along the lines (don't remember exactly): "disable notifications when not wearing watch". I find the feature very useful, as I don't normally wear the watch when at home and it's annoying hearing it buzz all over the house. Thing is I can't find the setting anywhere. Any idea how to do this? I own an Amazfit Balance by the way.
