How do I proceed?

I have a neighbor who I've have kinda had a history with. The short version is, she's a giant slob and feeds my dogs old good over the fence and the get sick.

Today I got the text you see about my antenna in her tree. It's a 84' Random Wire in an inverted V, with the apex offset a bit. All parts of the antenna are on my side. As far as I know I am not breaking any laws.

As you can see in the picture it is almost invisible.
