Téte de Moine Cheese Rosettes — not just a pretty face
I was finally able to find these beauties at my local Aldi, and I LOVE them (as you can tell, nearly the whole package is already gone, LOL). For those curious, they kind of taste like an aerated, mild Parmesan (to me, at least). Hope they still have them when I go next!
