Stormhost Lore Question

Howdy Folks,

Is there already a Stormhost that’s all about protecting common folk rather than attacking the foes of Sigmar? Sort of like the Lamenters in 40k but Stormcast Eternals? I was thinking up my own custom Stormhost but if one already exists I’ll go with that instead.
