Advice Needed - Looking for Clients or Project Brokers for Our startup

We are a small (6 member) team with several years of experience working on large-scale projects. Now, we’re trying to grow our own agency and are looking for ways to find clients or brokers who can connect us with projects.

Does anyone have advice on where to look for leads or how to present our expertise effectively? Are there platforms, forums, or strategies that worked for you? We're open to working directly with clients or through intermediaries.
