I need advise or alternatives on my current lifestyle

Hi everyone. Working night shift onsite. Madalas kong kainin sa lunch break ko ay 711 chicken, jolibee, mag baon ng 3 nilagang itlog plus san marino, canned goods(meatloaf, corned beef). Madalas ko namang breakfast(before shift) ay siopao from 711, tinapay sa bakery or biskits. Madalas akong hindi kumain paguwi dahil wala naman makakain. Ok lang ba ipagpatuloy ko yung gantong routine? This started 2 months ago after kong makakuha ng bagong work. I have approx 7k-10k steps everyday and planning to do cycling for exercise.

Is it safe ba na mag noodles, canned goods in moderation in the long run? Health risk? Alternatives? I need advice. Thank you
