How do I start exercising?

Hi! I've really been struggling with getting the motivation to exercise. It would be important for me to do some regularly because of scoliosis, but I just can't bring myself to do it. Even just changing into workout clothes and then having to shower is making me not want to do it. It feels like a chore honestly. Going to the gym is the same story, but with the added bonus of also having to be around other people when exercising. We do have a treadmill and weights at home so those are both very accessable for me, but I can't bring myself to start, let alone keep to a regular routine. I tried watching tv shows while running, but even that doesn't distract me enough from the monotony of it. I really need to start working out for the sake of keeping my back in check at least, but I have a really hard time getting to it. Please help!
