Any of y'all just so sleepy?

I have a lot of symptoms I'm trying to pick apart, and I'm wondering what everyone's sleepiness level is? Informally or formally. Formally: on the Epworth Sleepiness scale, I usually clock in at about 16 without meds, maybe 8 with it. Informally: I'm a v sleepy bitch.

I take 30-40mg a day of Adderall. Anyone else? Should I ask for a different med? Look into a comorbidity? Accept being a sleepy lil dumpling?
