Duplicate transactions when using GoCardless
Hi all,
I have a problem. I wanted to pay my friend for a lunch and made those transactions:
- sent 130,50 by mistake from my account to the savings account
- sent 261,00 back from the savings account
- sent 130,50 to my friend.
Unofrtunately there are multiple transactions showing downloaded from the banks and 3 accounts are shown as responsible for those transactions (instead of the 2 accounts). I have no idea how to untangle this and my balances for 2 savings accounts are wrong.
I would love to delete some of the transactions and make sure they wont be synced in the future. any ideas what to do in this situation?
I am using GoCardless because I am based in EU.
