Replacing my 2015 EX-L

Loved my 2015 EX-L and intended to keep it forever but it got rear-ended and totaled at 76k miles. My current choices are another 2015 EX-L with 45k miles or really resetting the clock with a 2022 EX-L hybrid with 8k miles. Both are priced about right according to blue book with the 2022 being about $9.5k more. There is a third option of a 2019 Touring hybrid with only 9k miles but the dealer currently seems to think they can get about $3k over blue book for that.

This will likely be my last car. Which would be your choice?
