Is linked premium worth it?

I want to change my job and I am applying a lot on LinkedIn but there isn’t any reply from anyone! Could someone tell me how to apply to jobs in Abu Dhabi efficiently? Without wasting my time on LinkedIn… or maybe someone tried LinkedIn premium and it was really effective?
