Starting Zepbound after 1.5 years on Wegovy Question

I’ve been on Wegovy since July 2023. About three months ago, it stopped working. I had lost nearly 40 pounds, all of which has returned (+ three pounds). For those that have been on Zepbound for extended periods, have you maintained your weight loss? Is Zepbound known to stop working after a year, like Wegovy?
