What are we forcing ourselves to eat when we're not hungry?
I just moved up to 10mg and I have ZERO appetite. Yesterday I drank almost 1 protein shake and forced myself to eat Cane's - 2.5 chicken fingers, some fries, and a piece of toast. I know this wasn't the healthiest choice but literally nothing else sounded good. I know I need to eat more, and healthier, but I am struggling to want anything. Any tips?
Also I'm sick right now so I'm feeling extra lazy, which doesn't help 😂
