Jane isnt coming

Shortly after I did her special episode she sent a dm to wise “hey I’ll be at the video store soon” something like that. It’s been like a week both irl and in the game and I’ve gotten visits from other characters with similar dms but Jane hasn’t arrived, how do I trigger it?
