Recommend me a game

Hi, i recently started playing xcom2 (got free from epic games), so far love it, but looking for something different yet similar.

What I like: Base management, i love the ship Resources collection and management Squad upgrades New tech research

What I don't want: Too many combat missions get thrown at you fast Not a fan of rts/turn based
