I’m trying to download Fortnite updates but the downloading speed is crazy slow

I’m trying to download the latest Fortnite update but my download speed is between 100Ko/s and 3Mo/s … it has never been that slow. Usually I’m at 15Mo/s. My Xbox is connected via cable and when I run a connection test it says that my down speed is 486Mo/s and loading speed at 349Mo/s… I have tried to restart both the modem and the Xbox but it did nothing… I live in France I don’t know if that changes anything. Is there something I am missing ? How can I fix this ? Sorry if it’s not clear I don’t speak English fluently
