Can't upgrade FIFA 21 to Series X

Hello everybody,

EDIT: seems like more people have the same issue and EA is looking at it. Plus there's another thread about this.

I'm trying to upgrade my Xbox One FIFA 21 to the Series X version of the game. However, I can only download a trial version of the Series X version (which I can then only play for 10 hours). In the Microsoft Store on the FIFA 21 Xbox One product page it says I'm the owner of the game and this version has Dual Entitlement. However, there's no update or Series X version available for me to download.

Anybody else ran into this problem? I've searched the internet and social media, but can't find the solution.
