Which game mode for farming XP fastest?

Hi.

I have played for 3 weeks grinding to Öland, Kiev, and played a lot of other styles of ship through premium ships, and i think the Russian cruiser suits me and the style i think is fun the most.

I have reached Riga (plan to buy Moskva for coal so no reason to go down the other line for me), and now i see i need 290000 something xp for the last tier.

So what game mode should i play to grind XP the fastest?

Also: is there a quick way to earn tons of coal other than the 3 crates of more coal per day?

Edit: Coal not gold. Santa come get me i have been a naughty boy, bring that coal over here bud.
