Yeast Infection? Bacterial Vaginosis? Something else entirely?

Hello, I'm a 23 year old female and I've been experiencing symptoms for what I wanna say has been a week, maybe two? I ignored them because I thought they'd go away, but they have persisted.

I would like to first start by saying I am not sexually active, this is not an STD. But I have been having itching, it was really intense in the beginning but has lessened quite a bit. However I still have vaginal soreness/irritation, thin white discharge that just doesn't seem to stop, coupled with a fishy smell. And while I've always been aware of a slight scent, it's never been so strong before, it makes me really embarrassed. It's not always noticeable, but when it is, it's strong. And it isn't for not being clean, because I wash down there with water once a day, even if I don't take a shower, I don't use soap because I was under the impression it can be harmful.

I've never been to a gynecologist before. But I'm really starting to worry about this, and I've been looking online. Google says it's probably one of these two. I'm more worried if it's BV because Google said if left untreated, that can lead to toxic shock syndrome, ovarian cancer, pelvic inflammatory disease, fertility issues.. I'm really nervous.

I don't know what to do, is this treatable at home? Can I go to a walk-in or urgent care for female issues like this? Or do I HAVE to go to a gynecologist?
