Purchased windows 11, but can not download.

Hello, I purchased Windows 11. After purchase I was never emailed a download link. In my Microsoft account it shows I purchased windows 11. I’ve made serval attempts to contact customer service, but no luck. I’m a little worried I might have been scammed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
