Affordable apartments

Hello

My 23 year old son will be moving to Wilmington in the next few weeks to start his first job and I am helping him look for an affordable apartment. We are not from this area and have no idea where to start.

His budget is about $1,300 and he is hoping to find a place near Baynard Village if possible. A studio would be fine since he is only one person.

Not sure if it would be best to go through an agent but we would welcome recommendations of reputable agents we could work with.
