Pulling System

Is it just me or is the pulling system really bad now??? So whenever I do pulls, I do 10 for each set of keys minimum. I have been grinding for keys and do AT LEAST 30 pulls CONSECUTIVELY, and before that usually got me at least one L card or artifact.

Now it just gives me the same characters and artifacts(A+ to B tier) that I already have, and if I'm even lucky I pull something from the S tier.
