Daycare closing- in home options?

We are devastated to learn our current daycare where our 1 year old attends is closing early next year. Both my partner and I are busy with full time work and don’t have the option to reduce our days/hours of work. We have no family nearby to help out either. I’ve already started applying to daycare centers but have gotten a few replies saying their waitlists for under 3s are closed until 2025. Does anyone know of any daycares with openings for a 1 year old (likely not but can’t hurt to ask)? We are located in northern suburbs but would consider one in town as well. Alternatively, does anyone have any ideas about in home daycares as an option? I’ve reached out to Barnardos but what other ones are out there? Google hasn’t gotten me very far. A few parents from our current daycare would consider finding one jointly but is that even an option?
