Over or under training

Looking for some advice. I am a 35 year old f, 13 months post baby. 5”7, 135 lbs. I started working out pre covid with a trainer but then the gyms closed. Trainer wrote programs for me to do at home with my home gym equipment (dumbbells, weight bar, 1 kettlebell) I lost a nice chunk of weight (started at 150) and toned up nicely. However recently I’ve sort of plateau’d. I’m still jiggly in certain spots and am 4 lbs away from my pre pregnancy weight which was already 5 lbs over what I’m normally comfortable with. I don’t like to get too hung up on weight but I would like to slim down a little more to fit into some clothes a little better. My questions are, my programs are very intense. Lots of stuff like 4 sets of 20 reverse lunges into bicep curls into shoulder press (so those three moves are one rep) with currently 15 lb weights. I can’t do 4 sets of 20, but my trainer says to just get as many as I can and to not lower the weight. Each workout takes me about two hours with all the breaks I need to take. Two hours is literally all the “me” time I have every day, it’s my baby’s nap time. I’m frustrated because on the one hand I love how toned my legs got but on the other hand the workouts are exhausting and I’m not seeing much change. My trainer also started me counting macros two weeks ago and I’m at 1200 calories a day. I’m hungry every night and I haven’t lost a single pound. Does anyone have any advice on anything I can do differently or do I need to suck it up and keep on keeping on?
