Don't skip meals or compensate because you overate
Best advice i can give after loosing 33 lbs (ik its not a whole lot but it was mostly fat and i gained muscle during the process + i didn't need to loose more) is to not skip meals trying to compensate because you overate the night before or something like that. I used to do that where cause of an event the day prior which i overate my calorie limit i would skip breakfast or skip a meal trying to compensate the calories. This only caused me to reach the next meal super hungry and overeating again and creating a down spiral cycle where you end up quitting. Just start the new day just like any other day, have your breakfast, stick to the meal plan, forget about the day before. This will get you into a consistent routine where in the long run, a day you overate will have no effect on your goals. Lmk what you guys think about this.
