Should i lower my calories even more?
I just went on the calorie calculator and calculated my calories, for the past 4 months since i started my weight loss i was consuming 1500 a day or around about there. I was dropping weight easily and fast but now that im not overweight anymore dropping weight has became a little bit harder. My maintenance calories are 2,709 and it says to lose 1kg a week i need to eat 1,709(209 more than i set my calories at for the past 4 months).
So should i lower my calories even more for a little while just so it helps lose that last few KG i need to lose? or should i stay at 1500 or even go up to 1700.
Also does that mean that if i eat a little over 1500(my main calorie deficit) does that mean im still technically eating in my calorie deficit as it states that to lose 1kg a week i need to eat 1709?
