Hitting 100g protein daily (tips pls)
Hi there, my doctor wants me to focus on my protein and I never realized how little protein I actually eat so it seems slightly daunting.
I’m unfortunately really picky- don’t like Greek yogurt (regular is fine) & don’t like cottage cheese mostly like weird textures are my issue. I’ve tried some popular protein powders and drinks but struggle to find one I can tolerate- I don’t want to spend loads $$ so if anyone else is also picky and has recommendations I would be sooo grateful!
