Mid 30s and cant get a hold of my weight

Im 6'1, 286lbs and unfit. Have a lot of energy and stamina. But get bored easily and after a while I drop most things that feel boring or take out the fun outa life. I do t drink and I dont smoke.

My ideal things is to find a way to excerise and make it fun, interesting competitive to build muscle. I don't really like counting calls. I eat what i wanna eat. Just need to find a way to always burn and recomp. I don't care how hard it is. I can take it. Just dont be gyms etc. Boring as hell with boring people.

Since my early 20s i managwd to loose and go down to my ideal weight. Around 95kg. I relapsed both times after a couple of years and got the weight back.

I have issues. ADHD and also leaf greens/legumes is a no go.

Things that worked in the past but with a lot of mental discipline and not lasting:

-Keto. 6 months 15kg down

-cycling. 40-60km a day not counting cals and eating like a pig. Went down 25kg

-A lot of bodyweight excersises. 1 month then dropped. 2 sizes down

-Swimming. 3-5km a day. Ate everything in stupid quantities and went down 30kg

I am in no fucking way going to eat less cals or healthy for my whole life. Food is love, food is life (or fatser death I guess 😅). I wanna do stuff that wont make me bored. I wanna be social. I thrive in competing and havi g fun/exploring. I hate running with a passion. Nothing interesting. Same on walking without a goal. Team sports like volleyball is my jam.

I dunno. I might be fucked for life. There shoulda be someone that is in the same boat with me and found a way out of this hole.

Do i just go crazy and buy a bike and do multiple days of touring?
