Incomplete

Does anyone else get frustrated when authors mark their books as complete when they aren't complete?

I just found an MC series that seems good it's marked as complete yet at the end of the 5th chapter says they've moved the book to Inkitt, went to Inkitt and it's the same thing except there they've moved the book to Galatea.

It's annoying. I've used Galatea in the past, the wait times suck and once the book was finished they deleted from my library. Authors who go to Galatea have to be extremely confident in their stories because for me once it hits Galatea I'm not so pressed to read it anymore. If you are moving platform take the story down and leave a note if you have established readers. I can't stand incomplete books marked as complete why toy with readers that way
