Are these taxes and fees expected when buying a car in WA?

Hey peeps! Posting the same post here with different intentions.
I live in PNW, and I am trying to buy my first car. I have done research, and found that Subaru Forester is the state car of WA. I found a 2019 2.5i Sport model, with ~56k miles (55776) on it, via a dealership (Not subaru tho). I went today and test drove it and liked the car.

The base price advertised was $21.9k. However, after the test drive, they had added a whole lot of accessories and coatings, bring the price upto 32k. I was able to bring the price down to $26,625, including all taxes.

Here is the price break down that I have been offered currently:

Net Selling Price: 21.9k

NW Protection: 1.5k (This was originally 2.5k, this was the best I was able to bring it down to)

Fees:

License Fee: $550

Doc Fee: $200

WA State Tax: $2321.4

Aftermarket Tax: $154.50

I understand the State Tax, but I am not sure about the other fees and taxes that are being applied here. I tried checking on Google, but didn't get a clear answers. Will really appreciate if someone can guide if I am being ripped off or there are some taxes that can be reduced. Thanks!
